Point to remember: Lucius Malfoy was caught in the Death Chamber and
immobilized by Dumbledore and was even implicated as far back as the
Quibbler article. Even if he was let out of Azkaban by Voldemort-
sympathizing Dementors, his name is not clear and he is on the run.
Lucius is now a wanted man-- no doubt about it. And Draco knows it--
that is why he was furius at the end-- maybe they will have seized
the Malfoy assets as well?!??
As for Fudge, I would say his days are numbered. The "Lord Thingy"
comment is just beyond acceptable. I would not be surprised to find
Fudge up and packs and leaves in the middle of the night.
Ron made a joking sarcastic comment about something being 'as likely
as my Dad being Minister of Magic' and we all know the only time Ron
is right is when he is joking or being sarcastic-- so I would not be
surprised to see Arthur takin over for a AWOL Fudge.
