Intriguing. This is a theory I can get behind.  I still think that Bill and 
Charlie are the eldest 2 brothers.  If there is a "missing brother" I think 
that he'd probably come between Charlie and Percy.  It feels like there is a 
larger age gap between Charlie Percy than there is between the rest of them. 
(although I'm not sure that there's any canon on that subject)
