ME: Well I don't think Snape is totally unfeeling or uncaring at all although he has a nasty cruel streak. But about that scene in McDonagall's office where Snape grips the chair hard, since this means they were going to have to close down the school, it COULD have been his job he was so concerned about! <snicker> Wonder if they have Unemployment Insurance in the Wizard world.
