I really like the vampire hunter angle. Has anyone inquired into 
Snape's qualifications for the DADA job? Has he fought vampires 
before? We don't know, but I hope we find out.  Most DADA profs have 
had some qualifications that include previous experience combating 
the Dark Arts. If Snape thinks he is qualified, then he must have had 
some experience doing something like that before.
