Well, I'm not confident of my grasp of the biology of this, but as I 
recall, identical twins are the result of a single fertilized egg 
splitting in two, so in a sense your statement would probably be 
accurate.  But since Louise has suggested she thinks there is a 
difference between them and normal twins, then that probably isn't 
what she means.
