First name adressing = same House? + Snape the Vampire (yes, again)

Just because people are in the same house doesn't mean that they 
refer to each other solely by their first names. Malfoy refers to 
Crabbe and Goyle exclusively by their last names and they are 
probably the closest friends he has. It just seems to be a matter of 
preference, depending on how well you know or like a particular 
person, whether you call them by their first or last names, 
regardless of house.
