wanted, and she chose Evans to be his name.  I can't imagine her 
putting this in there for no reason.  Either he's related, or it's a 
red herring.

Now what I really wanted to say is this...
We know Mark is 10 years old in OOP and we assume he's a muggle (see 
Carol's comments above).  But what if he's not a muggle.  What are 
the chances he will get a Hogwarts letter before book six comes out?  
The timing is right?
