Challenging Lexicon timeline, Ron's dead brother, Time

I have been reading a lot of these posts and the one problem that I 
have is why would V only go after one Weasley and why would it be the 
one boy in the middle? If he were to go after anyone to kill, you 
would think it would be Mr. Weasley for the work he does for the MoM.

Since time is possibly a big thing that comes out in the story, as in 
the time turners, could the veil be a parallel time and it was Ron's 
voice he really heard? Just a thought....
