And from another point of view: military leaders often study
historical generals, (Alexander, Ceasar, Nelson, Lee) they'll read
any thing written by or about the historical person and apply that
information to the modern situation. How much better to be able to
speak with a "form" of that person. Even better if that "form" could
also go look things over.
