Kneasy's theory that DD knew and accepted in advance of Godric's 
Hollow that James and Lily "had" to die for Harry to become Voldy's 
Bane reminded me of something I was once told by a priest, that in 
some South American churches, Judas is regarded as a saint, because 
without his intervention, there would have been no crucifixion and 
therefore no salvation.
If Kneasy is right, I don't think this makes DD evil, merely 
pragmatic.
