Also Crouch!Moody suggests that a powerful witch or wizard has put a
confundus charm on the Goblet so it will forget that only three
constestants are supposed to be chosen. IMO, he's telling everyone
present exactly what he has done, but they discredit the idea as just
old Moody's paranoia.
