in the 'celtic fringes', I would say.

AmanitaMuscaria again - The Welsh, as do the Irish, come in 2 main
varieties - the 'black' - dark hair, round skull, ?old Picts?, and
the 'red' - red hair of varying hues, elongated skull, ?old Celts?
