Hello, I'm new to the site and just wanted to share my opinion of 
what happened to the motorcycle.  

I believe Hagrid still has the motorcycle.  He may have hid it in the 
forest for safe keeping.  As we all know magical tampered muggle 
artifacts are illegal and if he didn't return it to Sirius, it only 
leaves one conclusion; Hagrid still has it.  As we have seen through 
out the books Hagrid is good at hiding things in the forest (ex. 
Aragog, Gwarp...) so we can safely assume the motorcycle is there as 
well.  But, as I said earlier that is my opinion and I wouldn't be 
surprised if the motorcycle is in Arthur Weasley's shed. (smile)
