Several people suggested that Hagrid still has it.  I think we have proof of this as late as 
PS, because when Harry asks him how Hagrid got to the hut (on the rock, the sea), Hagrid 
replies that he flew.  Now that we know Hagrid a bit better, it seems unlikely that he did so 
under his own steam, or on a broomstick.  And he hadn't yet met Madame Maxine and 
(probably) her Abraxan Horses - so I'd say he rode the motorcycle to get Harry.  I know 
Harry didn't necessarily hear the motorcycle (storm) or see it, and I don't know whether 
Hagrid got it back, but I would suspect perhaps so.  

Maybe he gave it back to Sirius after both joined the OotP.  In either case, because JKR 
answered this question in the way she did, my wild speculation would be that we will see 
Harry riding it one day.
