Hmmmm.  And do you think Arthur would hold out and NOT be 
blackmailable?  

I personally think many of the Order members would be susceptible to 
blackmail if one of their family members or best friends--or Harry!--
were held up as a target if they did not cooperate.

Siriusly Snapey Susan:
I think this is very insightful.  I think we readers likely react to 
characters based on our own histories at times--especially "parental" 
characters such as Molly.  It's helpful to step back and see how the 
portrayal of Molly changes a bit...as *Harry* and his needs & wishes 
change over time, too.
