Mundungus banned from the Hogs Head

We know that the person overhearing the prophecy was
banned from Hogs 
Head.
We know that Mudungus was banned from Hogs Head a long
time ago.  

Tyler:
But according to Sirius (pg 370 US version) Dung was
banned from the Hog's Head 20 years ago.  The prophecy
occured (pg. 779) 16 years ago.  I don't think then
that Dung could have banned for overhearing the
prophecy.  Its an interesting speculation though!
