I've had a brief look through this thread (uts difficult when it's
scattered all over the place and you're new here, but oh well). I
have noted a few things that I can contest.

In GoF Molly treated Hermione with dislike after the Skeeter articles
in Witch Weekly (the Easter Egg scene). Why? Not becuase she hates
Hermione, but because she was looking out for Harry! She sees Harry
as another son and wants to protect him. Remember how she cleared up
afterwards when Harry said "Hermione's not my girlfriend." We also
see Molly's protectiveness in Prisoner of Azkaban:

"Do you really want to send Harry back to school with that hanging
over him? For heaven's sake, he's happy not knowing!"

This, whilst unwise, shows us that Molly just wants Harry to be
happy - she doesn't want girls screwing him about or have to worry
about mass murderers and dark wizards running about after him.

As for her stabs at Sirius at his absence in Harry's life, it's
jealousy. She wants Harry to be in her family and she sees Sirius as
weedling in and stealing Harry away from her. THAT is why she picks
at Sirius. She won't dislike him - he'll annoy her no doubt, but her
anger towards him is rooted to her own protective loving jealousy.
