Narciss and Draco are described as having blond hair by JKR in the 
books, but I don't think there is mention of Lucius hair colour 
anywhere in the canon.

akh: In COS, the reference is just to the pointed face and cold grey eyes, but if not directly stated, the inference is pretty clear in GOF:

"A pale boy with a pointed face and white-blond hair, Draco greatly resembled his father.  His mother was blonde,too;..." GOF, P. 91 (my NEW!) UK paperback edition.

 

BTW, the two spellings of blond(e) are verbatim quotes.  

akh, who attributes her hair color to L'Oreal...
