Closest is by inference, IMHO - in GoF, ch. 8, "The Quidditch World Cup" (UK 
paper, p. 91): "A pale boy with pointed face and white-blond hair, Draco 
greatly resembled his father."  IMHO, the inference is that they share the same 
coloration.
