LV's and Harry's wands

However, me must consider the very likely possibility that LV doesn't 
KNOW that his wand and Harry's are brothers. Who would have told him? 
Dumbledore has guarded the secret very closley, as has Harry - I 
don't even know if Ron and Hermione were told. 

Obviously, after the priori incatatum, LV must guess that something 
is up, but any conclusions he comes to will be based on supposition. 
We know that, as of the end of GoF, he didn't know that Harry's wand 
and his were brothers, based on the look of alarm and bewilderment on 
his face when it all took place. He didn't know why it was happening. 
And, if he doesn't know why it did, why would he bother to get a new 
wand? Also, I think it would be more likely that he would just try to 
deprive Harry of his instead. Not taking any chances!
