Nope. In fact, many of them tried to get the Prophecy from Harry,
Lucius at first, and then Bellatrix among others.
Though I must admit that we don't know what would have happened if
they *had* touched it. You could be right, there *could* be something
special about Neville, maybe anyone else would have suffered from
touching the Prophecy. But we don't know.

That one is easy : the DEs were after the Prophecy, so Harry didn't
want to endanger any of the other kids by passing it on to them.
