To an extent it would. Harry is technically a juvenile. Some 
countries also take into account the provocation side of things. I 
believe the French have (or had) a plea called "crime passionel".

I reiterate that we all have moments when we risk losing the plot and 
getting back at someone for wrongs inflicted. Revenge is not always a 
dish served cold.......

Harry was wrong but speaking personally as a Christian, I challenge 
anyone to claim that they never harbour thoughts which, on cool 
reflection, are way off.
