Jen: Oops--overlooked that small point in your discussion. That 
reminds me of something about the AK that killed Lily. In my 
previous post I said, "I've always assumed the scar is there because 
that's where the AK hit Harry. Lily was already dead, so there was 
nothing stopping LV from aiming right between the eyes..."

Was there a second AK? Nothing comes out during Priori Incantatem to 
indicate there was. It's supposed to regurgitate all spells, not 
just AK's or severed hands, right? If there wasn't a second AK, the 
curse that killed Lily would have had to do everything--kill Lily, 
hit Harry, rebound on LV....

Jen: Perhaps both. If he protects his eyes they are his strength, if 
he doesn't, his downfall. "Stronger by weakness, wiser men become."
