I don't think Hermione aged quite as much as the earlier posters
thought. Most of the classes we know about don't meet 5 times a
week but only once or twice. So she had to use the time-turner for
each Rune and Arthimancy class or whatever, but if those classes
only met once or twice a week, she would age less than 10 hours a
week extra (e.g., 3 classes meeting twice a week for a total of 6
extra hours). (She doesn't seem to using the time turner for extra
study time since she is always frantic, or for sleep since she looks
so tired, or over the weekends.) And if the school year is about 40
weeks, then she was aged less than 20 days extra. So she is still
younger than Harry (if she was born in the September after he was
born).
