Me:

Has anyone here ever need your mother in law watch your kids while
you have to go to work? I have. I know in my heart that there is
no other child care provider on this planet that will love her more
than her. She will go through toture to save her an ounce of pain.
That doesn't stop her from being a pain in my ... neck.

She will have an opinion on everything, and of course, although I
have a university education, I wouldn't know how to tie my daughters
shoes without her help in her opinion. (LOL) But it's not because
she is pushy or obnoxious. On the contrary, she does it because she
loves her grandchild, and it really bothers her to know that she is
not the be all end all of her granddaughter's upbringing.

I think this a very similar situation. Molly loves everyone so
much, and you can tell that she was a control freak from the
beginning of the series. (Then again you have to be with 7
children.) When control freaks loose their control over certain
situations (she can't control what is goin on with the return of
Voldermort and she can't protect everyone), they tend to want to
control every other facet around them. From how long they will stay
in school to cleaning to how children should be raised. I don't
begrudge Molly. But a bit of advise to the members of the
Order... "Take it with a grain of salt." and choose your battles.
