There has been some speculation that the fact that "Drooble's Best 
Blowing Gum" is an anagram for "Gold bribe below St Mungo's" is the 
reason Alice keeps passing those wrappers to Neville.  We know Lucius 
the DE, was a major contributor to St Mungo's as well...
