Jen: Peeves also calls Harry names when the WW thinks he's 'mad'--he
seems to have a keen eye for those who don't fit in and takes
advantage of it.

But Luna's name is intriguing. Given her mysterious nature, her
silvery eyes, and other-worldly appearance, I immediately thought of
the Luna Moth, an unusual and beautiful moth that is rarely seen in
nature. Here are excerpts from a couple of web-sites:

"They are well known for their green-yellow colors and long tails,
and although they are often seen in pictures, they are a real
surprise when found in nature.....Once it gets dark, the moth will
fly away to find a mate....Luna Moths only live for about 1 week."

Live for *one week*--like a moth drawn to the flame is this
foreshadowing for Luna's quick demise?
