had Moody saying that HE would not teach them how to cast the spells
until their sixth year. Did Dumbledore make arrangements for Moody to
teach DADA during the 4th and 6th years . . .?

teaching role by saying he was only there for the year. Any other
statements can be pretty sharply discounted - Barty *knew* his role
would end with the Triwizard Tourney, and I don't think we can
extrapolate future years as DADA instructor (much less DD's intent)
from the quote. However, I love the idea of the real Mad Eye stepping-
into the job, and hope to see it!

Yes, Moody!Crouch did say he would only be there for the current
year, as a favor to DD. But his comment about him not teaching them
the curses until the 6th year, seems to suggest that he knows that
during the 5th year someone else will be teaching DADA - and then he
will be back in the 6th.
Perhaps DD and the real Moody had an agreement that Moody would teach
during the 4th and 6th years.

Yeah that would be super cool to see the real Mad Eye as DADA, and it
would give JKR a good subtext for distrust of him by the students.

Super,
