That's a big stretch. I'm pretty sure Moody!Crouch prefaced his teaching role by saying he was only there for the year. Any other statements can be pretty sharply discounted - Barty *knew* his role would end with the Triwizard Tourney, and I don't think we can extrapolate future years as DADA instructor (much less DD's intent) from the quote. However, I love the idea of the real Mad Eye stepping-into the job, and hope to see it!
