ADMIN: Updated Humongous Bigfile and Portkey

Greetings from Hexquarters!

After a flurry of spring cleaning the list elves are pleased to
announce:

* An updated Humongous Bigfile, which you can find at 
http://www.hpfgu.org.uk/hbfile.html. We've rewritten some of our 
posting conventions (particularly the rules for snipping and 
attribution) for clarity, and we've added a link to our Formatting 
Tutorial, which provides lots of examples. Other updates include an 
updated list of the elves and geists.

* A new and improved Portkey, at http://hpfgu.org.uk/P.html
with quick links to our groups and features as well as many other 
places in the HP world worth visiting.
