Or what you saw in the trailer was shoddy editing,
that shot used 2 or more cameras to film it and of
course the cameras may have caught the other camera
men and just didn't edit it out and because of the
angle it just looks very faint. If JKR wanted us to
see something by Harry when he produces the Patronus
she would have said so in the book. Harry would have
seen 2 people standing across the lake not one or when
he realized he did he would have seen the other person
faintly.
