It is possible for bad editing, I saw the LOTR int eh
theatres and with alot of other people, we saw the
shoe print and the truck in the background, which they
did eventually edit it out. If it's very faint then
yeah someone may not have seen it. There are lots of
things that escape editing in films and in books. We
plenty editing problems in the books. And if JKR
wanted us to see it in the books she could have made
us aware of it without Harry having seen it too.
