Curious thought about Portraits - How Many?

To the best of my knowledge, we've never seen persons in a wizarding 
photograph talk.  They wave, dance, smile, laugh soundlessly, etc. 
but they don't talk.  If they could, Harry's mother and father would 
talk to him, since he has the album with their pictures.  In OoTP, 
Fred and George blow up the Quibbler cover, and I believe it 
mentions that they *enchanted* the photo to say "Eat dung, 
Umbridge!" (and other insults, but that was my fave).  I don't have 
my copy of OotP handy so I can't provide a reference.

Also, when Hermione & co. visit Kreacher's den, they see several 
photos of the Black family, including Bellatrix Lestrage, but 
there's no mention of the photographs talking.

There's also no mention of the photographs in the Daily Prophet 
talking - you'd think the Great Hall would be far noisier if they 
could, with all the different copies of the Prophets chattering at 
their owners!
