That' a great theory.  Very possible.  Would it be possible to
share it in another group.  But what I wonder about that in
reading is if there is clues that Knockturn alley is partly
residential.  Not sure that Diagon Alley is, but then it is
common for living quarters to be above shops.  And any residents
would either own or work in the shops below in a supervisor
or manager position.
