We saw Moody hand Harry the note that DD wrote, giving him the 
address of the headquarters.  So it's possible that Lupin and DD 
were told where the Potters were without realizing that Serius 
didn't write the note and wasn't the secret keeper.  Although, I'd 
have to agree with another post, that if they thought Lupin could be 
the spy, would they give him the address?
