What students showers ? We pretty much never hear of Harry getting a 
shower, whether in the morning (he gets up, changes into his school 
robes, and goes down to breakfast with Ron), or in the evening (he 
goes up from the Common Room, changes into his pajamas and goes to 
bed). It doesn't seem like Harry takes showers, brushes his teeth, 
goes to the loo, or ever performs any other mundane task of the sort.
