dodgy remus

Hi,
   In OOTP, when When Harry goes to chat with Sirius through the 
fireplace, Lupin says that it is his responsibility to press Snape 
about teaching Harry occlumency again. But we do not for sure that 
Lupin did so, do we? That I think is the most dodgy thing about 
Lupin in this book. Somehow he is not as attractive as in Book 3  
and we do not what his mysterious work is. There is something dodgy 
about the man , as if he is hiding something and htere would not 
want to draw attention to himself. I do not think he is death eater 
or a spy but to me he has definitely something nasty up his sleeve.
