I think this is one of the reasons some of us *can* picture a H/G 
SHIP.  Ginny, having been possessed by Voldy, is closer to being able 
to understand & truly empathize with Harry's fears, concerns, and 
anguish than any other.  There's a step that would be easier to take 
in terms of sharing one's story with another and trusting that the 
other can understand & appreciate its significance.  I see it as a 
bond that will draw them closer--whether as friends or as more, who 
knows?  But I do think it has created a bond between them.
