Now my turn:  I think it was me who said that I think you have to have someone to hear behind the veil if you are going to hear it.  Cannon supports this in that the only two people who we know heard it are indeed Luna and Harry.  However, I don't think Sirius is going to come and talk.  Perhaps, he might but I just doubt it.  But maybe if they all just listened more the answers to some of their questions might get answered.  
 
However, as for Sirius coming back in the books.  I always had this odd fantasy that he wrote letters to Harry while in Azkaban and the only reason why he never gave them to him is he figured they were kind of stupid now that he was out.  I always envisioned them in Sirius' vault.  Maybe he'll find them now that he has a key.  I can see him wanting to know what of his Godfather's is in that vault.  Truth be told, he has a far deeper connection with him than he has with his parents.
