I agree that someone will take LV's place as the most feared wizard 
in society, but I don't think it will be Draco. He is a coward, 
something that was obvious from SS and hasn't changed. He will 
instead hide behind someone else.

And, while I will probably get flamed for this, who is really getting 
set up for becoming the new Voldemort? Someone who doesn't 
necessarily fit in, someone extremely ambitious and someone brave 
enough to leave his entire past behind. '

Of course, I am talking about Percy Weasley. Watch that boy.
