My reply:  Well, I always figured some of Bella's personality stemmed from the years she spent in Azkaban.  One could easily argue that she is just obsessed with Voldemort, in a romantic sense (there is so something there I can feel it).  I'm not sure how psycho she is.  i know how psycho he acts, but I'm not sure how much of that is just her trying to get everyone nervous or really her personality.  Truth be told, I think Miss Bellatrix is actually very intelligent, it runs in her family after all.  
 
As for Narcissa, well I think she just hates the idea of even touching a muggle born.  She is just a snob who thinks she is better because of her name of birth and her heritage.
