Raincoast is a separate Canadian publishing house that hit the
jackpot when it got chosen to print the Potter books in Canada.  It
prints the UK version word for word.  This dispute over the word
"never" came up somewhere and JKR acknowledged that it was a mistake
and that it should read "never heard of...".  

Now if you challenge me to say where she said it, I couldn't tell
you.  It was an interview I read and I don't read many of them.
