When I read the transcript, I interpreted 'have to be careful what I say 
there, haven't I?' as being to do with Sirius' death. At the start of the 
interview she asks if there's anyone who hasn't finish OotP, and since 
there is she says that any spoiler questions must be left till later. 
Halfway through, someome starts to ask about Sirius' death and she cuts 
them off. So here, talking about Sirius, I think she's just commenting to 
those who've finished the book that she can't discuss Sirius completely 
openly for fear of giving away his death. The 'haven't I?' reinforces this 
for me - she's 'conspiring' with those who don't need spoilers to protect 
those who do.

Which is not to say that the question of Sirius' marriage isn't a 
significant point. I just don't think we can infer that it's a crucial point.
