Cho does, though that would seem to be for her own purposes.

Ginny seems willing and able to talk sympathetically during that scene
in the library with the chocolate eggs.  One wonders what would have
happened if they hadn't been interrupted.  Actually, isn't there
supposed to be a thing about interruptions?
