Yes, but what about Bellatrix LeStrange or Andromeda Tonks? They are 
all sisters, and we have no cannon as to which is older. Despite the 
fact, or maybe because of the fact that the Tonks' were burned off 
the tapestry, Sirius calls Andromeda his favorite cousin, so 
perhaps, he left it to her or Nymphadora to hold in trust until 
Harry is of age. And if it was either Narcissa or Bellatrix, it 
would present quite a problem, wouldn't it? Now the Order's 
headquartes is owned by either a DE's wife or LV's girlfriend! 
Interesting possibilities.
