I'm not necessarily on board with the Snape-Vampire theory either 
but...

It isn't just coincidence that all those "clues" pertaining to Snape 
are in the book.  The biggest evidence there is that he may be a 
vampire is the drawing of Snape that JK did.  She drew a picture of 
what she pictures Snape to look like.  It sure looked like a Vampire 
to me.
