There is more in the first book that we get a glimpse of a different 
perspective. The first is when Harry's broom is being jinxed by Quirrell, there is one 
part that shows the perspective of Ron, Hagrid or Neville. I can't decide 
which one yet.

The second one is when Snape is refereeing the Quidditich match and we get 
the perspective of either Ron or Neville, Ron tells Harry later of the fight 
between Draco, Crabbe and Goyle.
