kandbmom:  This whole chapter leaves me with unanswered questions.  I 
am also considering the idea that Snape could have been the man 
standing next to the space that separated Lucius and "the next man".  
I have a feeling Snape is "the next man"  We know he had the mark and 
he surely felt it burn and turn black.  Why did he wait to show DD 
why not go to him then and then DD would know something was wrong 
before Harry came out of the maze.  So, my question is, who is 
the "One, who I believe has left me forever..."  I am leaning toward 
Fudge?  He sure seems fishy!!
