I'm at work, so I don't have my book to refer to, but I think she 
means something like after the dragon scene in GoF.  Ron started to 
apologize to Harry and Harry suddenly realized he _didn't need_ to 
hear it, and basically cut him off. Ron was trying to apologize and 
Harry forgiving him was all in one fell swoop.
