Yes, it's in OoP when Umbridge is interviewing him about his 
experience at Hogwarts. Every year he submits his resignation but DD 
refuses to accept it until  he teaches for one full year without 
abuses. Of course he blows that chance with the first Gryffindor 
class.

Sorry...off to Kitchen Detention.
